José Luis García is the Aviation Marketing Manager with the City of San Antonio Aviation Department. Through his work, he is initiating a San Antonio-Mexico Strategic Plan with a broad coalition of businesses and public entities to address San Antonio's relationship to the Mexican market. Plus, he's an all-around great guy.
