Felix Padrón

Felix Padrón is the Executive Director of the Office of Cultural Affairs for the City of San Antonio, Texas. Felix comes to San Antonio from California, New York, and his birthplace of Cuba. His office works with other city agencies to address one of the top economic engines of the city - tourism.
